My certificate is written Mjoli instead of Mnjoli

In 2011 I attended a Moderator course with Seoposeng Training Consultants, than they issue us with certificates and only to find that mine was miss printed my name as Mjoli instead of Mnjoli. I consulted them on their office (011 989 3111) than they promised to rectify it. On 11 October 2011 I sent them an email and they didn't respond to it, i than called Poppy on her cell 082 316 1108 and it put me on voice mail by giving me an alternative number which is 082 8399 583 than she asked me to drop her an email of which I do and that is when she forwarded an email to a lady called Bafedile and she commanded her to solve my issue. On 6 February 2012 I sent an email again to Bafedile to inform her that I was still waiting for her respond, she never responded on my email. On 02 August 2012 I called their office 011 6093 187 and they asked me to forward my ID and cell number for me to be contacted but still today. I have all the proof as emails and it worries everyday.
