Sellers beware 2nd Take Used cloths shop Seapoint is not a reputable company.

My 79 year old mother placed labelled cloths she no longer required with them to sell, simple you might say

These cloths were taken in last Nov and Dec. one item sold but we were never notified, we only found out when I had to drive my Mother into CT from West Beach after 4 visits were we told, we then asked for all the other items to take home as we are by this stage lacking in trust, the system was always down or it was being looked at in another branch!!! It turns out they had lost it and hoped we would just forget about it. The jacket cost my mother? 400 sterling, 2nd Take put a value of R500 on it, fair enough it was second hand.
Now they have finally admitted they've lost it, they only will pay the Commision of R250 that my 79 year old mother would have got. I think this is disgraceful, they have lost the jacket, they valued (poorly I think R500, we have no proof that's all they valued it at, we have no proof it hasn't been sold for more) we have only just recieved the money 3 day ago for the dress they sold. They have once called me back after numerous calls from me for the past weeks!!!
