9 months Pregnant and Shouted at by Mr P Employee

Day before my C section went in to return an item. Just wanted voucher so assistant at till was willing to assist me without receipt. 2 months ago at same store-route to q was narrow-since I was 7 months pregnant & had trolley full of groceries, went through the front-there was no one else in que-quiet store! The lady at the till told me"que starts from there (pointing for me to go all around the very narrow passage). I felt she was being difficult so asked if there was a problem if I come through this way since line empty & my trolley & me won't fit? " She gave me bad attitude on that day wrt purchases. Back to day before C section, guy at till called for some1 to assist him with exchange. This was same lady from 2 months ago. They were not willing to return my item at price I purchased for. I asked to see manager. What upset me the most & brings me to this complaint is that difficult lady screamed at me! Shouted at me for a while-infront of manager-who failed to say anything! Some1 else pointed out she was wrong to scream so bad. Still no return. I was very hurt and cried a lot that day. These employees ruined my special day. I was unable to do any other shopping, just went home and cried!
