Terrible Customer Service!!!

My mom went to buy shoes, she was given the wrong size and now they don't want to exchange the shoes for her! She took them back and complained, no one could assist instead she was told to leave the shoes at the store for when the manager comes. It's been 6months now and no word from from San Marine South Gate Mall even today. The shoes were fully paid for, so now they have the shoes and her money but are still quiet. for an expensive shop, this is horrible service!!! Can someone please assist us somehow or give us our money back!!!
