Have Excess Buster but still pay Excess

I do not see the reason why should I pay excess for the phone if it was not water damaged only the glass was broken and in place I have the Excess Buster, Its not like I broke the glass on Purpose the phone fell. The Excess Buster is suppose to cover all Excess for all the damages and when the product was offered to me was told that I should not pay any Excess fee. Spoke to KOBUS yesterday 04/04/2013 at 11:00 he advise it only covers for lost and phones this is UNACCEPTABLE and I will not Tolerate this.
