Drops phone in my ea

I called today at 13:40 to report an error on your automatic balance enquiries, which keeps saying my account number does not exist (I made 5 calls and tried 3 times with every call - it's not an error on my side).

I called again and asked the operator to report the faulty system so that it can be fixed, and please give me my balance (I want to set up my month end internet payments).

He dropped the phone in my ear.

I'm not calling back because I'm not going through the verification process again - it takes forever to resite my account number, ID number, postal number, phone number and bra size.

Very poor service :(
