System error and terrible store

Edgars Festival mall is a shocking store, it looks un-organised, always always ques at tills, only 2 tills open at any time, that one has to stand in ques way too long. i recently closed my account as i am i sick of their threatening calls to hand me over, so i paid outstanding balance and closed account. but noticed later that the balance was a bit high from what i remember, so i checked my previous cash payment, more than 2 weeks ago, this does not show on their system, how many other payments could possibly not show, AND WHAT A MISSION TO GET SOMEONE TO ASSSIT TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, Edgars now owes me money. when i called the customer service number i spoke to 5 different ppl, and all no clue what to do. so pathetic, I WILL NEVER GET AN EDGARS ACCOUNT AGAIN!!!
