Customer does not matter!

After waiting 10 minutes for some kind of service, I found the manager and 3 other staff members packing boxes in the back. I was then told that "I had to wait my turn for him and his staff to finish". Furthermore, "if I did not wish to wait for him, I was welcome to go somewhere else". I then I told him his managerial skills were and was then told "I do not work for you", I told him I am the customer and he repeated that he "does not work for the customer". If he is not working for the customer, who does he work for and what is he doing there??? I then told him that is shows how his managerial skills were and then I was told to get out of "his" store. I repeat once again, what is he doing there??? Needless to say, I went elsewhere and will NEVER be coming back to Green Cross because it seems that the Customer (the person with the money) doe not matter. If your business plan is to drive away customers, keep appointing managers like that.
