I have ordered academic books on the website [URL Removed] on 18 February 2013. The following day I wanted to check something on my order and the website was down. After a week, I sent an email to follow up and received feedback from Johan Marais that he will let me know when I will receive my books. I have waited about 8 weeks, trying to follow up on numerous occasions, however, my parcel never reached me and was sent back to Cape Town. They claimed that they tried to reach me, but I never received any calls from them at all. On 8 April 2013 I requested a refund, but to date and after several follow-up emails, I have not received any response from them. I am terribly disappointed and disgusted in the way that they have handled the situation.
