Bad Attitude and unhelpful

My boots were too big for me and wanted to change is to a smaller size. The manager took it in to show the area manager. The next they called me to say i can't because i wore the boot.
How could i have worn the boot if it
s big for me. the manager wasn't even prepared to listen to me. Disgusted as a client with Truworths for many many years!!!
