Over 2 weeks to deliver my phone and now no stock

I phoned cellc on the 11th I requested an upgrade with a new phone.
I told them to PHONE me before they come so I can be sure I am at home.
They came to my house on the 21st of November with out calling. I was not home.

I called on the 25th to asked them to deliver again, they confirmed they have stock and will come in 3 days.
On the 27 th I phone to confirm the delivery and stock, they confirmed it. And assured me it will happen on the 28th.

Today on the 28th I phoned - now they tell me they do not have stock and do not know when they will get again.

So I canceled the order. The lady tells me she does not cancel orders and she also cant do it.

WORST COMPANY EVER - pay more and go to MTN!!
