Bad service at Clicks Ermelo

This is not the first time I have experienced bad service at Clicks - there is always only one till open (even month end) when you ask them to open another one they mumble some zulu stuff to eachother - today I went to buy an epilator and there are 3 on the rack with one price when I asked the lady (in charge) what the other one's cost and why is there no prices she said she is busy (doing nothing sitting behind the till personnel I saw her all the time) It is a matter of heart attack situations every time I go to clicks - wish they could put some friendly and "want to work" personnel at our branch.
