HARASSMENT!

My account is in arrears, yes, I have made a payment arrangement with Sakina and have already made my first payment for the month as per our agreement. From the end of the month, I have received call after call, 3 - 4 within the space of half an hour although an arrangement has been made, it seems like you don't update your records at all because I asked the one consultant what does the system say and she could not tell me, then they phone my work line and send an email, seriously, you're worst than a stalker! After I have sent all my communication through to them, guess what, on a *#&! & Friday evening 19:00 I get a call. I am so angry!! I lost my cool and rightfully so, what the... is it that you want??? And the girl that just phoned me, when I asked her name she said to me it's none of my business! YES IT IS!!! YOU ARE PHONING ME AT 7 AT NIGHT ON A WEEKEND FOR NO REASON!!! She just put the phone down in my ear. Now you listen to me, you tell your people to stop phoning me, enough is enough!! I have rights, but you have crossed the line and I have had it!
