Settlement amount with JDG

Hi
I have been trying to called the JDG Head office to get my settlement amount for an account that i had with them. they have listed me for bad debt. For the last two weeks i have been phoning up and down. All the people (SOME being Thabiso, and Derel) have not been able to help. They have informed my that they can not see my account on their system. I have been getting promises that i will be called back to be given feedback. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK WITH RESOLUTION. The have listed me and can not even tell me how much i owe them. I have also sent them e-mail without any response. all i want to know is how much i owe them so that i would pay them off. If they can not get my information can they give me a letter to clear my name.
