Once again, debit order did not go off on the 3rd, which was a Friday..so we went in to pay cash on Monday 6th of May..paid in R600 and Unathi changed the debit order to us rather paying cash each month. Today on the 10th of May, you guys take off our installment! How slow is your admin side, that it still hasn't been changed or the payment made in cash reflected. Please inform Unathi at your Port Alfred branch that I WILL be coming in today to collect my R600! I am definitely not making 2 payments in one month.
