My name is MR RR FRASER and I have been always purchasing all of my household good from Joshua Doore. I am originally from Durban and always dealt with the Gardiner Street branch there. I must say they always gave me 150% when it came to service and always treated me as a valued customer hence my reason for always getting my stuff from them. I am now inJHB and thought I would continue my loyalty with them this side. So i went into the Southgate branch and got 2 items from them and signed a contract for these items to be deducted monthly from my account via debit order. So i receive a call from a call center agent by the name of Jones Madikoto informing me that my account is in areas and that i need to make payment ASAP or else i will be in areas. So i tell him that it was arranged to be debited off my account and why hasn't this been the case. He does not have an answer me. I then request for him to "maybe" changed the debit start date to this month so it does not reflect that i am in areas but he refuses and says he cannot do this for me. I got the same reaction from the branch. My point here is, IT IS JOSHUA DOORE FAULT FOR THE DEBIT NOT GOING OFF SO WHY SHOULD I BE INCONVENIENCED
