Horrible disgusting service

I ordered a lounge suite from my branch over 2 weeks ago. They made me pay the full amount before they could place the order. They told me it will not take longer than 2 week (which is pathetic already). Ive phone and gone into the shop to fond out where the couches are but no one could tell me. Now after 2 days they phone me to tell me I have to wait another week, because of the person in charge of ordering did not place the order. I am now without couches in my house for another week and i feel this is unfair as it is not my problem but now i have to suffer. Ive paid in full and have to wait a month for some couches? pathetic. They are suppose to organize a private courier to deliver the suite. that would be good service. Not having to wait another week. I feel like asking for my money back and I will never purchase anything from mr price again. Is this how a client gets treated after spending R5000?
