Food throwing at Spar Pavilion

This morning walking into spar trying to get a pie was a horrible situation, my boyfriend n I went into spar to get 2 pies so we went to the till to pay and told the lady to please swipe the card she found that to be a mission so my boyfriend told her to take just for 1 pie and he will pay her cash she called her assistant in a tone that wasn't pleasant and told him void the thing in an rude way then she gave the other lady the pie to get a price and threw the other pie on the side by our hands so the manager came as he heard that we told the assistant she was rude however he didn't say anything he just said sorry for that after we said we don't want the pies and wanted the money back is this the way a person needs to be treated when you walk in the store to get service and buy a few things it wasn't something I certainly needed to start my morning she was rude unpleasant and not help full at all and she just lost 2 customers and to be belittled in the franchise that has good food is not the way
