Sworn at by a staff membe

So I am ordering some food with a friend at Spar when she asks my how well my helper is doing. I proceed to explain to my FRIEND that she is so bad the windows look like they were washed by a 5 year old without even noticing that the lady behind the counter is washing the glasses covering the food.

Next think the she uses the s*it word on me. Like really? I wasn't even talking to her. It seems like its customary for staff at Spar & Spar tops in carlswald to swear at customers because this was definitely not the first time.

On both occasions I complained to the manager on duty and he was also too busy to listen to my petty complaint. Good going SPAR
