Disorganised and Deurmeka Store

The Jet Mark store in St Georges Mall Cape Town is a Disgrace to the Edcon franchise. On numerous occasions l have taken it up with the manager why items are priced wrong especially the cosmetics. One has to take numerous items to the till to have them scanned there as 100% of the times the prices displayed do not correspond with the displayed prices. Most of the prices are priced R1 less when in actual fact they are R1 more than the sticker attached. I have taken up this issue with the manager and suggested they put a bar-code scanner somewhere so that we can find the prices out for ourselves if they are too tired to put things in their proper order. Further that this is unjust enrichment on their part because one's decision to buy is based on the prices displayed not on a bar-code. If a thousand people do not check their till slips it means one thousand rands from unsuspecting clients. Most of the times l have asked my R1 back from the store, the Till operators laugh and say its just one rand. But its a matter of principle. Once a Till operator said " promotion ended last week" if the promotion ended why are your prices not adjusted accordingly. Please sort this mess out!
