Autoway Olivedale
Worse service I ever received in my life

I bought a groupon voucher for car service for autoway Olivedale, I then made a call to take my car for service. The white answered my call was very arrogant but since I already bought the voucher I had no choice but to take the car in. When i asked if they have a shuttle to transport people to work like most service stations he was very rude did not even say it in a manner that they do not have a shuttle. My husband then took the car in on 28 January 2013. When he arrived the same white guy was so rude and arrogant, when collecting the car he asked for the car report the guy just told him to buy another car, and when he asked about the steering wheel problem in the car the guy told him he must got for wheel alignment. Why the did we take to them in the first place if we had to take the car somewhere else or to buy another car. They promised good service and report for all things that need to be repaired in the car but they had nothing to say to us except being arrogant. "This was their empty promise"
