I recently purchased a cell phone at House and home Centurion, this "cell phone" is on MTN. We all know that at time an age one cannot go without or rather cope without this small device called a cell phone. After purchasing this phone... phone was faulty, returned it to House and home, got the phone back and it still gave me the same problem, returned it yet again, same problem... i began getting frustrated as i could no longer get call and sms's, could not access my e-mail, returned the phone and i was told that it needs to be taken back to MTN for respires, at that stage i did not want the phone as it was pointless taking it back. Today 22/07/2013 got a call from Gladys at House and home Centurion (who has been most helpful) she informed me that i need to contact MTN respires to inform them of my experience... Spoke to an arrogant lade Dudu Mtsweni who gave me the same RUBBISH that it needs to be taken back to MTN for respires... Surly the CPA does not allow such service to consumers, as a loyal MTN consumer i am very disappointed and my money will be given to me with interest if this issue is not resolved in a proper manner... i have a new Phone and no longer need yours.
