We bought a KIC chest freezer and had to return it three times because the lids were warped and made the chest freezer to freeze up inside. Eventually decided to rather buy a Defy 530l chest freezer. It took the branch just over three months to make this swop and get the appliance replaced. On enquiring about the matter, it seems that personnel are either on leave, on lunch, on smoke break, not "in" or attending a funeral. Eventually when I got aggravated and pushy it seems that the administration on the matter was simply not done. How poor of House & Home to have such inefficient people employed! Love your products and stock, but would simply opt for another store in future.
