HUMILLIATION AND UTTER SLANDER AT ITS BEST!!!

Last night my friends and I went to Shoprite to buy our groceries as it is a store that we are very fond of. We managed to have all our groceries paid for and headed home. When we were busy unpacking everything and checking the till slip, we noticed that a 6 pack box of UHT milk which cost R47.89 was charged twice and we only bought one box. We immediately went back to Shoprite to advise them of the error. When we arrived we were assisted by a lady who referred us to another lady who was repeatedly called Rachel and we believe that is her name seeing that none of the staff were wearing NAME TAGS. Rachel started off by accusing us of, calling us names such as "TSHOBOLO" which means "ARROGANT" and stating that we probably the second box of the Milk which was paid for and now claim we didn't take it along with us. She was disrespectful, unprofessional and most of all did not have any sense of customer service whatsoever. Fortunately the cashier who assisted us confirmed that we bought one box. Horrifying part NONE of the SHOPRITE PROFESSIONALS nor the STORE MANAGER bothered to APOLOGISE for the inconvenience caused nor PROVIDE us with an EXPLANATION as to what CAUSED the ERROR.
