Lets not take advantage to our old folks

My mother bought a kitchen unit on October 2012 after a week the top part starting peeling off. She reported it immediately and the white man sitting at the back office allegedly accused her of using handy-Andy to clean it, however promised to come and collect it and give her a new one. A month passed and they never showed up to collect their poor quality unit, then the handles started to fall off. Yet she was paying for it every single month. After three months she went to Ellerines Checkers (Temba City) tried to lodge a complaint with one of the staff there. She told her right on her face that they will never come fetch it, rather she fix it herself. It doesn't mean that if people are old we have to take advantage of them. We are we going South Africa treating our elders like that because we know that they are not certain about other thing.

After a while this thing started to bug her, she then complained to me and my other sister. My sister called head office to lodge a complained and they promised to come collect and fix it, apologised but yet did not act. I called Head office as well, confirmed that they received my sisters complaint and they are working on it
