Respond to customers? Why bother!

I logged a complaint on the Kalahari website on 22 October (!!!), CAS-553734-T9PS4F CRM:00029776. In the almost 3 months since then, I followed up twice. However, no one ever bothered to respond to the original entry or my mails. They are completely disinterested in their customers and their experience!

If they should now claim they've phoned me, they most certainly didn't leave me a message, and neither did they respond even once on email.

This is a great disappointment, as a few years back, I used to get the most wonderful service from Kalahari's help desk and support service. I have spent a few thousand Rand per year previously with them, this already dropped considerably this year due to their behavior, and now I will go out of my way to only use them if there is no alternative at all. What a pity! You've decided to lose a great customer and ambassador due to inertia.
