Purchased a plasma stand 3.10.23 still not delive

I purchased a plasma stand for R8499.99 on the 22 October 2013 and i was advised to deposit direct to Geen and Richards account which i did on the 23rd and i was told the stock will arrive from port elizabeth in 4 days up until today i have not received my stand. When i call them i was advised my order was cancelled twice on the system and they couldnt explain why .its more than a month still no delivery. PLEASE HELP
