Incorrect pricing

Hi i have reported Dobsonville Shoprite U save on 30/05/2013. i only received response from their customer relations few days after my report, they promised that one of their Representatives will contact me since then i haven't heard anything from them. i feel Shoprite is very incompetent and that they are undermining their customer cause it starts from management they don't take us seriously as their customer. i think they also need to be reported to Ombudsman their service is very bad and poor, cause they don't take our complaints to consideration they just left the complains hanging. i need response and action to be taken against them. i'm very dissapointed with them it shows they dont care how we feel.
