Cockroach in the milk carton

I bght groceries for over R1000 on 1 May - when I got home a cockroach crept out frm the Clover Milk Carton. I reported it on the Checkers website and I am awaiting a response. This is what I received:

To date nobody has contacted me! This is disgusting and pathetic customer service!
