I ordered swimwear in October for my holiday in December when despite assurance that it was with the courier and would be delivered before I left it had still not arrived I cancelled the order. When I got back in January I had not received my refund I began phoning. First I was told I would be credited by 31 January - well since then I have phoned every week and been told a different story each time and am still waiting for the refund five months after cancelling the order and three months after the first assurance that it was on its way. For the past week I have not been able to reach them by phone.
I cannot recommend this company.
