Please may I have a proper refund

We had purchased curtains from Mr Price Home. We've purchased bedding before and were quite pleased. This time around we purchased curtains worth more than R3000.00. We were quite dismayed to find that the curtains were damaged. We took them back for a refund but we were given store credit. At that stage we had the original receipt. Unfortunately, I have since misplaced it. Can we please convert the store credit to cash?

I had spoken to Samantha Coopsamy about this but she hasn't gotten back to me. Please help.
