Are you employing the right Staff?

Recently I have noticed a bad attitude among your staff. I have been to a few of your stores, most recently Clearwater and Witbank Mall, and I must say, I wasn't happy with the staff. They are not very helpful and being friendly is not even on the cards. In Witbank I was there at 9h00, at which time the shop should have opened, only to find a handwritten note saying that they were "closed due to stock count". I phoned head office and they opened the shop immediately. I was confronted by the clerk who opened the door asking if I phoned their head office. I really think you should screen these clerks a little better before employing them, seeing as they do what they want.
