Incompetant staff

Me and my wife went shopping at this specific store because we have an account with them. Opened the account before we were married. So what happened to day. We wanted to purchase goods from there shop with her newly changed is an same time. So we were told by THE SHOP MANAGER they need her marriage certificate and the old I'd. Its month end and nobody have been paid yet so we are actually on our last last fuel and have no cash. They send us back home for the documents, went back to the shop and THE MANAGER assisted us and told us after she spoken to head-office she only had to fax through the new I'd copy and did not need any old documents. This shop staff is incompetent and they have no idea to run or manage there shop, no customer cervices
