Converting of smart shopper points

Good day,

As a young adult earning minimum wage and running a household, it is difficult even at this time of month to have enough money to keep on till the end of the month. This is the reason we try to accumulate Smart shopper points. Yesterday we were not able to convert the points as the machines were down for maintenance. Surely it is necessary to wait until the retail hours are over for maintenance to be done? As a result i had to pay out of my own pocket and now have to walk to and from work everyday because i had to pay for the groceries with my petrol money. It was "only R120" but that R120 makes a difference when you only have R300 left in your bank account for the rest of the month.
