Failure to dispense chronic medication

Once agin useless service, chronic medication which has been dispensed at other branches is all of a sudden not on the system and cannot be dispensed at the Melrose Arch Branch. Pharmacist not willing to assist, phone Dr etc in order to assist the patient /customer.
