CNA took R200 off my gift card & haven't refunded

On Wednesday 1st May I took my daughter to spend her R200 Sandton City gift card at CNA, Sandton City. We went to pay and Ntokozo Hlongwane swiped the card twice, showed me a slip that said there were insufficient funds and the transaction was declined (at 12:31pm). I paid for the purchase cash and went to the customer service table who swiped the card and was told that R200 had just been deducted at CNA. I returned to CNA where Ally (manager) said the R200 would be refunded into the card. He took my phone number saying he would sort it out. I have just checked the card balance online and no refund has been made.
Please can someone sort this out!
