Brand new Washing Machine that doesn't work

Purchased a Samsung washing Machine from Game in Clearwater on the 21st of December. Took delivery of the machine a week later. Only managed to install the machine after Christmas. Machine never worked. Contacted Game who directed me to contact Samsung as they have to send out a technician. Bottom line is its been over 2 weeks and nobody has been out to look at the machine. I've called countless times but no technician ever materialises. I'm at my wits end with Samsung. Maybe I should sell the thing for scrap and try recover some of my money!
