I bought an expensive leather couch 1 year ago with a 2 year warranty, and recently the leather has started to peel off in certain areas. I sent the couch in to Studio Blu to be looked at. After a week I still hadnt heard a word. Called head office and they then came back 2 days later saying that I used chemicals on the couch (which I didn't) and that they wont fix it. I have asked the lady at head office to put me through to the suppliers/her manager to explain this to them and to get them to fix the couch, which she hasn't. I have called her at least once a day every day for a week, trying to communicate with the necessary people, with no luck. I am still waiting for her/someone to get back to me and am still minus my couch. Its now 2.30pm on Friday and nobody answering the phone. Poor, disgusting service from what is supposed to be a 'premium' furniture retailer, will never buy from them again!!
