Tired of being harassed and bombarded with calls

I have been paying my into my Truworths account diligently every month. I am getting very tired of the constant calls, which occur right through the month (sometimes as late as 8pm in the evening) telling me to pay. I am a teacher, I am not allowed to answer my phone when in the classroom and I must get two calls every day from Truworths. I also get text messages threatening me to pay and telling me that if I don't, they will charge me interest.

If I was an unreliable customer and hadn't paid in months, I could understand this. But I pay every month straight after pay day. The only instance where I was unable to pay on time was in December because the company that owns our school didn't pay our salaries on time. I got paid after Christmas. I did however pay the account off after my salary came through.

Due to this constant harassment, I have decided to pay off my account and open a new one elsewhere. Basically, what they are doing is irritating customers and bullying them into paying so that they can be left in peace. It is an invasion of privacy, especially in the evening when you receive a recorded voice message telling you to pay when you already have.
