Not coming back to me

I both my wife a watch from NWJ Montana in December. On the 27th of December we took the watch to NWJ in Mosselbay to have the watch ajusted as it didnt fit her. We got to our holiday home and she took it off as we wanted to go swiming. Got back late that afternoon and as she wanted to put it back on she saw that the glas was all of a sudden cracked. We then placed it back inside the box. We got back from our holiday on the 5th and we took it back to the shop and asked them if we can exchange it as this was clearly a bad qaulity watch. The gentle man by the name of Ruvanne at the shop told us that they have to sent it in as the glas was cracked and head office will have to authorize them to exchange it for us. I have been phoning head office now for days on end trying to hear whats going on and every time they tell me that the watch repairs manager Louise will contact me. Till now no one has contacted me and im realy getting frustrated now.
