Having spent over R7000 on the Build Mclaren series through CNA they are now unable to deliver, since the launch of the series more than a year ago I have had endless hassles trying to get them to keep a copy of the magazine, although this is a service they claim to offer, judging by the state of there store room and the high staff turn around I'm not surprised, fortunately up until recently they carried sufficient stock so I could buy it off the shelf. Now that the series is coming to an end they claim to only receive 2-3 copies a week, although they undertake to keep an issue aside they just shrug there shoulders when you inquire on collection.
Have also been told they will place an order for a back dated issue, no written request taken, when I inquire a week later they claim to have spoken to the supplier but can't tell me which issue it was!
I have tried speaking speaking to the manager but no one actually knows where to find him, the only answer you get is his left the shop and no they don't know where he is or when he will return.
If you're unable to offer a service or employ qualified staff rather close the shop.
