Lack of Service / Don't Care Attitude

We took delivery of a demo 1 series on the 10th of April. Things started going wrong from the start, too many to list. I was handed a piece of paper and told they could arrange personalised number plates. I thought it would be a nice surprise for my wife so I agreed and paid. The wait started. They have made a number of sets so far and they all have the letters slanted, one of them was fitted to the car without SANS approval as well. It is now going for the third month and nothing, I just keep getting excuses that it's a supplier issue but it is not my supplier! I did not choose this person / company... BMW did. Now there is a coolant and oil leak on the car that doesn't even have 15000kms on the clock and the Dealer Principle was no help when my wife called him. Also booked elsewhere because the service dept experience was also not good at all. The car spent the weekend at Club Motors in Randburg where they went out of their way to assist us, even arranged a brand new 3 series courtesy car. There are more issues that cannot fit here.
Dealer Principle, Salesman, Customer Relations Manager and BMW SA are all involved and nobody seems to be interested in our issues.
