Bar coding

I buy acne away on a regular basis from Dis-Chem. The product does not have a barcode. This is a Dis-Chem product. I have requested the product to be bar coded on sevveral occations. On Sunday (13/01/2013) I bought Acne Away. At the pay point it once more did not scan. I went to customer service to put in a formal request to have the problem resolved. The pharmacy manager of the day was not friendly at all. I got the impression this is an annoying customer to get rid off. Dis-Chem is the only supplier of Acne Away. I have no other avenue than to purcharge it from Dis-Chem. It seems my support as a customer is not valued.
