Shoes giving of ink

Last year May my sister bought me shoes (SteppingOut) from Dis-Chem for my birthday. I only worn this shoes three times due to the fact that it gives of ink on the innersoles. I dont have the slip and went to Dis-Chem to lay a complain but they dont want to help without the purchase slip and due to the timeframe that lapsed. I took picture of my footsoles of the ink marks that the shoes gave off, I tried to et the contact details of the shoe supplier but according to Dis-Chem the shoes are specially made for them and imported. The shoes are pricy and cant just been thrown away.
