This is a joke

With regards to my previous complaint two months ago, it was agreed that our full hoisting fee (as we had to lift the couches ourselves) as well as delivery fee would be refunded from this branch. We went into the branch as instructed, but I have been informed that the refund has still not gone through. But as with previous experience, no one bothered to let us know, it just sort of goes unnoticed and hope that we don't pick up on this. When is this going to rectified?? The service from this company just keeps amazing me really!
