3 months and I am STILL waiting for my Clicks Card

At the end of October I applied for my Clicks Club Card in order to benefit from the Discovery Vitality benefits. I completed the whole process online and was told that I would receive my card within 3 weeks - which I didn't! Since then I have queried the whereabouts of my card TWICE! Yesterday I queried it again and was told that it was sent off for delivery on the 17th of January. This was after I was told back in early December that it was posted to me already. Why is it that 3 months after requesting my card it is only being sent to me NOW??? This pathetic service has made me never want to go back to Clicks!
Lets take a bet that in 3 weeks time I STILL wont have my card.
