Foreign Substance found in juice

I purchased a few boxes of 1.5L clear apple Liqui-Fruit juices from Ballito Spar about 1.5 months ago. In one of the newly opened boxes there was a long piece of jelly like substance (clear/brownish in colour) which fell out the box into my glass.

I called Liqui-Fruit customer services and was told someone will pick up the box to investigate what the substance was. It was quite revolting and has completely put my family of Liqui Fruit. I left my contact number and address with the lady I spoke to but I have not heard back and no one has come to collect the juice which is still in my fridge.

I did advise I am keen to know what the substance is as my family used to consume alot of liqui fruit.

I expected Liqui Fruit to show a little concern and make the effort to find out what the substance in the juice was.

I have photos of the substance if required.
