Ronelle labuschagne from shoprite, meyerton goes out of her way to make it a pleasant experience for all people to collect a grant. she sits outside the store from 6.30am the beginning of every month to start the process by swiping peoples cards so that when the store opens they receive their grants quickly from the cashiers. in the cold weather she takes the iniative and goes the extra mile, she smiles and is not only extremely patient but also helpful. I honestly think she should be nominated for some type of award for helping people like this, not many people would sit in the cold to assist others, or come so early in the morning, no matter what position they hold.
