Something must be done

OH i have a hole lot of trouble with the service i received from edgars and there pathetic employees... i have not received a bill for my edgars acc since i opened it three months ago... so iv been sucking thumb about how much to pay every month which is a reasonable amount.
Now heres the issue!!!
1- The employees are extremely rude
2- If theres a problem contact me at a reasonable time in the week NOT before 9 in the morning on a sunday!!
3- Contacting my boss with regards to MY acc is its got NOTHING to do with him
4-when trying to get hold of a manager to make a complaint he is NEVER available
5- SICK of service you give however you expect my money with a smile
