Customer service no response (twice) on request

We are interested in upgrading our existing service with this company but with no luck. Twice [on Wednesday and again on Friday ] did we phone customer services and promises made for inspection and recommendations for the property, but no luck. Why must we support this poor security service company?? Can they really provide a safety service if they do not even respond to normal call, let alone an emergency!!! Poor service in extreme!!
